Refund policy
Returns
- 30-day return policy
- Must return items purchased within 30 days of the date it was delivered
- Must be unworn, unused, and with the tags still attached to receive refund
- Refund will be for the price of the products returned
- Shipping and taxes will be excluded from this
- You will need a receipt, proof of purchase, or an order number
- We will send you a return label
- Must ship the products within 1 week
- We will cancel the return if it is later than 1 week
- We will refund you for the products once we have received and inspected them
- It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to process
- If it has taken longer than 15 days, please contact returns@viveehatco.com
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
Exchanges
- 30 days to exchange your products
- Must be unworn, unused, and with the tags still attached to receive refund
- We will send a return label for the product you want to return for the exchange
- You have 1 week to ship the product back
- You have 1 week to ship the product back
- You will need to purchase the shipping label for the product you want to exchange for
- We will refund the difference of the products where appropriate
Damages/Defected Item
- Contact returns@viveehatco.com if your item has any damage or defect
- please attach a picture of the damage/defect in your email
- We can either send you a new product or refund you for the defective item
Shipping/Delivery
- Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping service
- If you are experiencing a shipping/delivery issue, please contact your shipping service and info@viveehatco.com
- We will also contact the shipping service and open an investigation
- Depending on the information the shipping service provides, we can resend your order or issue a partial refund
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
